The Executive Board is the elected leadership of the Association.
- President — Steven Estrada. Principal executive officer and policy leader; official spokesperson for the Association; signs the JCCU on behalf of UF.
- Vice President — Joel Salcedo. Assists the President in all duties; serves as designee as needed; member of the Negotiations Team.
- Secretary — Carlos Diaz (interim, on the ballot for the special election). Maintains the record of all proceedings; distributes notices, agendas, and minutes; collaborates with the Communications Chair on the website.
- Treasurer — Queen Peterson. Receives and accounts for all Association funds; prepares the monthly budget report for Rep Council; responsible for fiscal reports and the annual financial audit.
The Executive Committee meets as needed before each regular Rep Council meeting. The Lead Negotiator and Grievance Chairs serve as ex-officio members.
