The Negotiations Team represents and bargains on behalf of full-time faculty in the North Orange County Community College District. The team is appointed by the President in consultation with the Lead Negotiator, subject to approval by the Representative Council, by the beginning of each academic year.

The team surveys members to determine the contents of the initial bargaining proposal and submits that proposal to Rep Council for approval. Tentative agreements reached between the team and the District are not binding on the Association until ratified by the membership.
