United Faculty maintains the following standing committees, established under the bylaws and subject to Rep Council approval. Committee chairs are appointed by the President subject to Rep Council approval and report periodically to Rep Council.

• Communications Committee — Chair: Toni Nielson (Fullerton College). Newsletter, website, member-facing communications, voting representative on the District Technology Committee.
• Elections Committee — Chair: Alejandro Omidsalar (Cypress College). Members: Carolyn Caffrey (Cypress), Brendon Kirby (Fullerton). Oversees nominations, ballots, and certification for all UF elections per CTA election codes and timelines.
• Membership Committee — Chair: Jennifer Oo (NOCE). Membership enrollment, member outreach, registration verification.
• Political Action Committee (PAC) — Chair: vacant. Coordinates UF political action including the current Prop 55 signature drive.
• Organizing Committee — Coordinates member engagement, structure-testing, and CTA Organizing Academy work.
• Racial Justice and Equity Committee (RJEC) — Equity work across the chapter and the District.
• District Insurance and Benefits Committee — Per CBA Article 21.5; faculty representation on insurance and benefits matters.
• Retiree Health Benefits Trust Committee Representatives — Faculty representation on the irrevocable trust governing retiree health benefits.
